New molesting charges filed against chiropractorPublished: 2009-12-25 02:00:32Author: The Courier-Journal | December 14, 2009 A chiropractor who already faces molesting and battery charges in Floyd
and Clark counties faces seven new counts of child molesting, sexual
misconduct with a minor and child seduction in Clark County.
The latest charges against Robert Nolan were filed last week
involving a relative. Similar charges were filed July 8 against Nolan
in Floyd County involving the same relative, and he was charged in
Clark County in May with four counts of battery for the alleged
inappropriate touching of female patients.
Nolan
lived with his family in New Albany and had offices in Jeffersonville
and Clarksville during the time of the alleged incidents from 2005 to
2008.
"My client is innocent,” said Stanley Robison, Nolan’s lawyer.
A trial date has been set for March in Floyd County, Robison said.
